About Lindi Lindi Cilliers completed her BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of the Free State in 2014, followed by community service at 1 Military Hospital. She is an OMT/NMS-qualified physiotherapist and a certified MAP Movement Trainer, integrating movement-based therapy into her work. With experience in sports settings and multidisciplinary teams, Lindi enjoys treating everything from TMJ dysfunction to complex musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about empowering her patients with knowledge and tools for self-management, helping them achieve long-term physical and mental wellness.
