About Heidi Heidi Malan is a parental guidance facilitator, instructor, and communication skills trainer with over 25 years of experience in private practice. She has an Honours degree in Clinical Psychology and is also a qualified teacher. As the South African representative for Gordon Training International, Heidi is committed to teaching parents, teachers, leaders, and youth how to communicate effectively, build emotionally safe spaces, and strengthen relationships. Her work across schools and communities focuses on healthy emotional and brain development in both children and adults, always grounded in respect and mutual understanding.
