About Roné

Roné Jacobs is a qualified biokineticist with a passion for helping women stay strong and confident through all stages of motherhood. She completed her studies at North-West University in 2014 and went on to further specialise by completing her Fit4Two instructor’s course in 2018.

As a mom of two energetic boys, Roné understands the physical and emotional demands of motherhood firsthand. She firmly believes that exercising during pregnancy not only supports a smoother postpartum recovery but also helps women feel empowered in their own health and wellness journey.
