Meet Marni Bezuidenhout

Designation: Dietitian
Bio: I’m a teacher by day and a dietitian by night, driven by a deep love for education, food, and health. I believe that knowledge is the key to better health, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate a food system that often makes unhealthy choices easier than healthy ones.
My main focus lies in women’s health—especially supporting women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or navigating the postnatal period. I truly believe that mothers can only care for their babies if they are cared for too.Although women’s health is close to my heart, I also work with a wide range of nutrition-related issues. I believe in holistic wellness and that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health.
I’m also a new mom, and motherhood has been my favorite role by far. My family is my top priority, and they’re the heart behind everything I do.
