Anneke Bothma is a registered life coach with a passion for shaping and developing young minds. She holds a BSocSci (Psych Hons) from the University of Pretoria and is the founder of Superego Kids, a program dedicated to equipping families to live life to the full.
With over eight years of experience as an emotional intelligence (EQ) skills practitioner in schools across Pretoria East and beyond, Anneke helps children build resilience, confidence, and essential social-emotional tools. Her work extends to supporting parents with guidance and training, creating a whole-family approach to emotional wellbeing.

Ek wil graag vir Super Ego uit die grond van my hart aanbeveel. Hulle het vir my kind soveel ondersteuning gegee – nie net om sy eie emosies beter te verstaan nie, maar ook om praktiese “tools” te leer waarmee hy die buitewêreld kan hanteer. In ’n wêreld waar mense se beginsels en waardes dikwels verskil, help Super Ego hom om sterk in sy eie waardes te staan, met respek vir ander, en met selfvertroue om uitdagings te hanteer. Ek sal enige iemand aanbeveel om Anneke en haar span te sien hulle is wonderlik en sy kry baie gedoen sodat ons as ouers ons kids kan verstaan en self ook ons self kan verstaan.
